What Paint Products do I use?

I recommend mid-range to high end paint from Sherwin Williams, Benjamin Moore, Dulux in that order. Customer can choose one of these suppliers.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept all online payment methods used by Canadian Banks thru our encrypted payment links.

When are payments due?

An initial payment of 20% plus HST is due on booking a project. The remaining balance plus HST is due when you receive your final invoice at the conclusion of the project.

What Prep work is done?

Standard prep includes filling holes, cracks, sanding and priming. Wall hangers that are being re-used can be left in place. I will caulk all open gaps on window - door frames and baseboards as needed. Raised drywall seams not included unless specified.

Do I remove Ceiling Texture and Wallpaper?

Yes. These projects are done on a Time and Material (T/M) basis - at $ 65.00 per hour.

How are areas not being painted protected?

I use drop sheets on all floors, cover furniture, cabinets, beds etc with fresh poly. I do an inspection after that area is vacuumed. Any remaining paint drops are safely cleaned up.
