I charge $2.35 per sq ft for the deck. plus HST. This includes a pre-soak with Eco-Deck Cleaner, all steps, railings, spindles and privacy walls.

Calculating the cost then is as follows: 8' x 20' = 160 sq ft. 160 x $2.35 = $376.00 plus HST = $425.00
